Kitzbuhel, Austria (Sports Network) - Philipp Kohlschreiber of Germany and defending champion Robin Haase of the Netherlands were semifinal winners Friday and will meet for the title at the Kitzbuhel Cup.

The top-seeded Kohlschreiber rallied for a 6-7 (6-8), 6-2, 6-2 win over Italy's Filippo Volandri before the third-seeded Haase cruised to a 6-3, 6-3 victory over Martin Klizan of Slovakia.

Kohlschreiber has had a strong summer following a second-round exit at the French Open and will crack the top 20 for the first time when the new rankings are released next week. He reached the semifinals at the Wimbledon tune-up in Halle and was a quarterfinalist the following week in Eastbourne before making his first Grand Slam quarterfinal appearance at the All England Club.

The 28-year-old veteran will play in his second final of 2012. He won the Munich crown back in May and will carry a 4-2 lifetime record in finals into Saturday's championship match.

In addition, Kohlschreiber will follow Saturday's match with a quick flight to England for the Olympic tennis tournament.

Haase, who will also head to London for the Olympics, improved to 8-0 all-time in Kitzbuhel with Friday's win. He captured last year's tournament for his first career ATP crown, but this year had 11 first-round exits and hadn't been past the quarterfinals in any of his 18 events heading into this week.

Kohlschreiber and Haase will meet for the first time on Saturday.
