Roughriders acquire DE Willis from Bombers
Regina, SK (Sports Network) - The Saskatchewan Roughriders acquired defensive end Odell Willis in a trade from the Winnipeg Blue Bombers on Thursday.
The Roughriders dealt a second- and fourth-round pick in this year's CFL Draft and a conditional pick in 2013 to Winnipeg for Willis and a conditional fifth- round pick next year.
Willis, 27, has played three seasons in the CFL and posted 78 tackles with 34 sacks for the Blue Bombers and Calgary Stampeders.
