Orchard Park, NY (Sports Network) - The Buffalo Bills have signed cornerback Stephon Gilmore, their first pick in the 2012 NFL Draft.

Gilmore was selected with the 10th overall choice of April's draft after a standout career at South Carolina. He left school after his junior season, during which he recorded a team-high four interceptions.

A First-Team All-SEC selection in 2010, Gilmore started all 40 games for the Gamecocks in three seasons and finished his career with eight interceptions, four forced fumbles and four fumble recoveries.
