2004 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series championship, winning the title by just eight points over runner-up Jimmie Johnson in one of the closest margins in series history.
According to NASCAR stats, he has posted four perfect driver ratings (150.0 in his career (Phoenix 2005, Pocono 2005, Pocono 2007 and Atlanta 2009), which is more than any other driver.
